Recently, A New Town Appeared Near Texas That Is Reported To Have Been Built By 4 Couples. Reportedly, A Few Old Friends Constructed This Settlement For Themselves. The Settlement Is Outside Austin In Texas And Consists Of Small Cabins That Face The River Llano According To Garden And Gun.

Around 40,000 Dollars Have Been Spent On Each Cabin To Make Them Energy-Efficient And Climate-Friendly Told Matt Garcia-The Architect That Designed The Cabins. The Owners Call This Town “The Llano Exit Strategy”. Actually, Friends Are Four Couples Who Know Each Other For 20 Years. They Have Got Along Well All These Years And Want To Live Together Their Old Years When They Retire.To Keep The Cabins Cool During Summer, The Architect Used Insulated Windows And Reflective Walls. The Inside Is Made Of Plywood That Not Only Reduced The Cost But Gives A Unique Finish To The Interior. Moreover, Water Barrels Have Been Installed On The Slanted Roof. It Has The Capacity To Hold Around 50,000 Gallons Of Water In Case Of Rain. This Will Enable Them To Store Enough Water For Watering The Plants And Trees Of The Settlement.The Chief Architect, Matt Garcia, Explained That It Was A High-Design Finish And Costs Less Money. The Cabin Is 400 Square Feet Each Having A Couch, A Queen-Sized Bed, A Porch, And A Bathroom. The Visitors Say It Gives A Picturesque Look. One Of The Resident Jodi Zipp Explained Her Feeling About The Settlement As Thus:
