This may seem a little weird at first, but it’s possible to have a reservoir of negative energy trapped in your home. And by negative energy, I mean emotional energy that comes from humans.

It could be there from past tenants or homeowners, or from a year ago when you and your spouse were fighting a lot.

Traditionally, science doesn’t like things it can’t touch, measure, or put into a tiny jar on the shelf to examine.

Eventually, scientists discovered forces that exist in the world that are invisible. One of those things is energy in its many expressions. We usually can’t see it, but sometimes we can feel it.

We know quite a bit about electrical or thermal energy, but emotional energy (“vibes”) is one form that we are just beginning to understand.

How to Detect Negative Energies In Your Home Using a Jar of Water

Have you ever walked into a room and felt a heavy dark energy, sometimes a creepy sensation? Or the opposite, a place that feels light and inspirational?
This can be applied to people as well. Some have good or bad vibes surrounding them.

My primary concentration at the University of Michigan was consciousness studies and we examined how people, inanimate objects, and spaces can retain energetic residue. It’s as if emotional energy can attach itself to things and linger.

It also appears that it can help promote healing or sickness, depending on the energy present.

A couple decades ago, Dr. Emoto proved human emotional energy actually affects the physical world around us. Specifically, did multiple experiments that demonstrated the physical effect of thoughts, words, emotions, and music on the crystalline structure of water.

Next time you want to yell are your partner, kids, or pets just remember that your energy literally has an impact on the very water-based cells in their body. The good news is that the opposite is true.

We can love-on our people and express kindness that will heal and nourish them.
