“Smoking is dangerous to health” is the quote used by even cigarette ad campaigns which depict the severity of the problem. But when it grows to addiction, no such statement can restrain you from using it. Therapies, counseling, and medication also can’t help until you don’t want to be helped. But finally, if you’ve decided to have some mercy upon your delicate lungs, we’ve got a natural recipe.
- 2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 small piece of ginger root
- 400g finely peeled and sliced garlic
- 1 liter of water
- 400g sugar, preferably brown sugar
What to do?
Add the water in a pan, put it on the stove and add sugar when it starts boiling. When you see the sugar dissolving, add garlic, turmeric, and ginger. Make the mixture boil and remove it when you see the ingredients are finely even. Leave the mixture to cool to room temperature and freeze it to use in future.
How to use it?
Take two tablespoons of the mixture on an empty stomach in the morning and two tablespoons an hour before going to sleep. Better take it after dinner.
