Texas Beach: Somebody walking through relatively deserted beach area near 7th and Seawall found a dead body around 05:35 pm, Galveston Police investigators reported.
Investigators defined the boy as ostensibly a Hispanic male of the approximate age of 3-5 years having brown eyes and brown hair with slender build and 3 feet height.
Police have requested public to help identify his body and locate his family through the sketch the just released.
