Texas, a stray dog has been found by a local animal control in a very miserable condition. The staff of local animal control noticed that dog named Leo was missing an eye, that had been intentionally removed by someone. When Leo was found, he was covered in blood with streaks streaming down from his face.
Staff decided to hand poor dog into Rescue Dogs NYC, to see if they could help him.
