Broccoli anti-inflammatory soup


2 ½ cup broccoli florets

1 finely sliced onion

3 finely sliced celery stalks

2 cups vegetable broth or bone broth

1 cup Spanish or kale

2 finely peeled and chopped carrots

Lemon juice

½ teaspoon sea salt

2 tablespoons coconut oil

What to do?

Heat the coconut oil in a pan and add broccoli, onions and celery sticks in it. Brew until everything is brown.  Add broth and necessary spices and let the mixture boil until everything melts and blends on light flame. Now blend it manually it makes it thick and even.

Ginger Carrot Detox soup


2 finely peeled and sliced onions

2 pounds chopped carrots

3 chopped garlic cloves

6 cup bone or vegetable broth

1 cup coconut milk

2 tablespoon oil

Sea salt, pepper or any other spice you want

3 tablespoons fresh chopped ginger

2 tablespoon plain protein

What to do?

Heat oil in a pan, add carrots, broth, ginger, and garlic and let the mixture be cooked until it boils. Wait on the light flame until everything blends and let it simmer afterward. Blend this broth mixture and onions into the blender and mix it until everything becomes smooth and thick. At the end add seasonings and coconut oil to boost the taste of your detox soup for body cleansing.

Red Lentil Detox Soup


2 large sweet finely peeled and chopped potatoes

¼ cup coconut oil or olive oil

1 finely peeled and chopped apple

1 chopped onion

2 large peeled and chopped carrots

½ teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon ground cumin

½ teaspoon chili powder

4-5 cups bone broth (or vegetable broth)

Sea salt, pepper and other spices you like

1-inch minced ginger

For topping, use coconut cream

What to do?

On light flame, heat up the oil in a pan, add chopped carrots, potatoes, onion and apple and cook the mixture for ten minutes until everything is finely cooked and onions turn slightly brown. Now, add ginger, lentils, chili, cumin, paprika and at the end add broth. Let the mixture boil until everything inside becomes even. Let it simmer for about 30 minutes before blending everything in the pot. Add your seasonings and top it with coconut cream before serving.

Things you need to keep in mind!

Fruits and vegetables contain natural sugar but they can disrupt your hormonal balance and sanity if you are already suffering from obesity, hormonal issues or depression/anxiety. For people suffering from hypertension and other related diseases, using a lot of vegetables and fruits without prescription is not that healthy.
