As a deadly unwelcomed storm has hit Texas, caused flooding in the coastal areas of the city. Water in streets and houses has made it difficult for the government authorities and other local people to help their fellows. After a couple of hours the storm hit, volunteers are asked to send supplies to the victims that can help them to carry on their lives such as bottled water, non-perishable food, box fans, baby supplies and pet supplies. These necessities of life would be sent to people impacted by the storm. There has been established a storage facility at 1711 Dean Forest Road in Savannah and those who want to help and donate above-mentioned items were advised to place things to the storage facility from Monday to Saturday between 09:00 am to 7:00 pm. The timings and days have been extended as the flood has no intention to turn around.
Red Cross will be responsible to supply these things to the in Texas. Co-Chair of Savannah reported that there cannot be much help for someone in the world but to help him in time of need and distress and they are taking good care of their brothers impacted by the storm.
