While alone with his 8-year-old cousin, a 14-year-old boy threatened the girl with a pair of scissors and then raped her. Now Soloman Pule is being tried as an adult in Maryland.
The nightmare happened when Pule’s mom left the room to put her 2-year-old to sleep for a nap. But when she noticed that both Pule and his cousin were being “far too quiet,” she quickly returned to the room and discovered the unthinkable.

The mother walked in on both children partially undressed. The 14-year-old boy was on top of the little girl. Plus, mom spotted a pair of scissors on the love seat.
IN THE POLICE INTERVIEW, THE 8-YEAR-OLD SAID THAT HER COUSIN THREATENED TO CUT HER WITH THE SCISSORS IF SHE MADE ANY NOISE.
The little girl told police that “he shoved his thing” into her.
The mother immediately called Baltimore police who arrested Pule for rape. When interrogate, the boy admitted he raped his cousin.
The teen was charged with first and second-degree rape and is being tried as an adult. That means he could spend the rest of his life in prison.
