A 22-year-old Redondo Beach woman who was missing after attending the Las Vegas country music festival where dozens were killed, had been confirmed dead, according to her family, LAS VEGAS.
22 years old Christiana Duarte was an employee of the Los Angles Kings hockey team. She was last seen at the Route 91 Harvest across the street from the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino before a gunman. According to authorities, during the festival, Stephen Haddock began shooting from a room on the 32nd floor of the hotel on the crowd of 22,000 people some 500 yards away.
Her family member’s confirmed her death on Tuesday, according to ABC news.

There were 59 people who died this night and more than 500 were injured. She was among them, the deadliest in U.S history.
Duarte’s uncle Jerry Laird said that she was at the concert and had not been seen or heard from since. He told ABC News, she lost her phone and ID before the shooting.
Laird said, one of Duarte’s friends, who was with her at the concert was shot in the face and was being treated at the local hospital.
She was one of the several Southern California residents killed in this shooting.
There were also teachers and local law enforcement and county government employees among the dead people.
